The Board of Directors of Qassim Cement Company recommended a cash dividend of 6% for the third quarter of 2022.
And according to Arabiya.net, Qassim Cement said in a statement that the total dividends will reach about 54 million riyals for the number of shares entitled to dividends, 90 million shares.
The share of the share from the distribution is 0.60 riyals, with a distribution ratio to the nominal share value of 6%.
The eligibility date is November 22, 2022, and the distribution date is December 12, 2022.
The net profits of Qassim Cement Company had declined in the third quarter of 2022, after zakat and tax, by 61.2% to about 23.4 million riyals, compared to profits of about 60.4 million riyals in the third quarter of 2021.
Qassim Cement net profits decreased by 70.4% in the first nine months of 2022, to about 77.47 million riyals, after zakat and tax, compared to about 261.4 million riyals, profits for the same period of 2021.
