The Board of Directors of Yanbu Cement Company decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of the 2022 fiscal year, with a total of about 118.125 million riyals, for 157.5 million shares.
According to Arabia Net, Yanbu Cement said in a statement, that the share of the distribution is 0.75 riyals, with a distribution ratio of 7.5% to the nominal value of the share.
Eligibility for dividends is for shareholders owning shares on the due date on Sunday 12 June 2022, and who are registered in the issuer's shareholder register with the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
Distribution date is June 30, 2022.
