Saudi Aramco decided that it will announce its main financial results and dividends for the third quarter of 2021, on Sunday, 25 Rabi' al-Awwal 1443 AH corresponding to October 31, 2021.
According to Arabia Net, Aramco added in a statement, that the announcement will be before the opening of the Tadawul market, in line with the conditions of the Saudi Capital Market Authority.
It clarified that it will publish the preliminary report for the third quarter of 2021, which includes the full financial statements, on Monday, Rabi` Al-Awwal 26, 1443 AH, corresponding to November 1, 2021.
And she indicated that there will be no electronic broadcast of the results of the third quarter of 2021, and the electronic broadcast will be concurrent with the announcement of the results of the financial year 2021, in March 2022.
Saudi Aramco announced its preliminary financial results for the second quarter of 2021, achieving a net profit growth of 287.8%, to record the highest quarterly profit since its listing in The Saudi stock market, with a net profit of 95.47 billion riyals, compared to 24.62 billion riyals, profits during the same period last year.
Revenues increased by 153.5% to reach 312.35 billion riyals, compared to 123.23 billion riyals during the same period last year.
In the first half of this year, the company achieved a net profit of 176.91 billion riyals, compared to 87.1 billion riyals during the same period last year, with a growth rate of 103.111%. .
