Inaam International Holding Group announced that it has submitted a file for increasing the company's capital to the Saudi Capital Market Authority.
The company said in a statement to the Saudi market (Tadawul) yesterday, Wednesday, that it has applied for approval to increase the capital by 90 million riyals by offering priority rights shares. < / p>
The company confirmed, earlier, that the company's capital by offering priority rights shares is conditional with the approval of the relevant official authorities and the extraordinary general assembly.
She added in the statement, that she will announce any future developments in this regard in time.
The group’s board of directors recommended in early February, to increase the total amount to be acquired by offering priority rights shares from 75 million riyals to 90 million riyals. p>
The group's financial statements revealed a net loss of 97.76 million riyals in 2019, compared to about 15 million riyals in 2018, an increase of 551.6%. p>
