Today the listing of the shares of (EasyLease) PJSC began on the second market platform of the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange under the symbol EASYLEASE.

According to the Emirates News Agency, the nominal capital of the company is 30 million dirhams, and the number of shares is 30 million shares, with a nominal value of 1 dirham. With this listing, the number of securities listed on the market increases to 90.

> EasyLess, a subsidiary of IHC, provides turnkey rental solutions to meet the needs of customers' motorbike fleets. The company was incorporated in 2011 and has assets of AED 74.1 million by the end of September 2020.

Saeed Hamad Al Dhaheri, CEO of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, explained that Easy is not the fourth company to be listed on the second market during the current year .. and allows listing for private companies Effective access to capital markets to raise funds through the offering of stocks and bonds, thus contributing to the enrichment of the financial sector in the country .. Private companies also provide more options for investors, which will contribute to increasing depth in the markets and providing more investment alternatives for shareholders.

On his part, Ahmed Mohamed Al-Sada, CEO of EasyLease said that the listing step will support the sustainable growth of EasyLease not in the long term.

It is worth noting that the market value of the shares deposited to investors in the market witnessed an increase of 41.5% from 528 billion dirhams on 15 December 2019 to 747 billion dirhams on 15 December 2020.
