$ 400 million Sukuk listed for Dar Al-Arkan on NASDAQ Dubai

The Nasdaq Dubai Stock Exchange listed today Sukuk of the Saudi Dar Al-Arkan Company with a value of 400 million dollars.

According to ArabiaNet, this issue comes to raise the total value of the Dar Al Arkan Sukuk listed on NASDAQ Dubai to $ 2 billion, following a listing process that took place in October 2019 at a value of $ 600 million.

Dar Al-Arkan had listed two other operations in the NASDAQ Dubai at a value of $ 500 million each in the years 2017 and 2018.

Dar Al-Arkan's activities include residential, mixed use, and commercial development projects in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah, and other cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to the Florence Habibi Tower located in Downtown Dubai.

With this listing, the total value of the Sukuk listed on NASDAQ Dubai increases to $ 66.355 billion.
