According to Reuters, Samsung said that its mobile phone plant in Gome near Daegu, where most confirmed cases of Coronavirus in South Korea will be closed, until Sunday evening, for clearance work, while the floor on which the sick worker worked will be reopened on Tuesday afternoon.


She added that the employee was confirmed infected on Saturday, adding that she will implement all necessary measures to prevent the spread of the virus.


And the Gome line, which was temporarily closed last month after the discovery of a previous case, produces the two phones Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy S20, but a small percentage of the company's total production of mobile phones.


LG Inotech, which supplies cameras for the Apple iPhone, closed its factory in Gome on Sunday after a worker was confirmed to have been injured, the company official said.
