Investcorp is preparing to sell Italian motorcycling apparel company Deniz, favored by famous motorcyclist Valentino Rossi, in a deal that could reach about 750 million euros, Reuters reported.
According to Arabiya Net, the source, who requested anonymity, stated that Bahrain-based Investcorp, a private investment company, commissioned Lazard to start the sale of the company at the beginning of 2022.
Denise and Investcorp declined to comment.
Investcorp spans 40 years of experience, investing in 3 continents and managing assets of $40 billion.
