Al Jazeera Takaful's profits rose 4.3%, with net profit before zakat and income tax 13.9 million riyals in the first quarter of 2020, compared to SR 13.4 million for the same quarter.


According to Arab Net, the company in a statement reason for increased net subscription results for SR 5.1 million, equivalent to 27.84%, due to the completion of the acquisition of Solidarity Saudi Arabia Takaful.


Net premiums brought for the first quarter of 33.3 million riyals, for about 12.8 million riyals for the same quarter of the previous year, an increase of 160.55%, as a result of the growth of total installments written by 13.36%, as well as the acquisition of Saudi Solidarity Takaful.


Documents investments in the first quarter of 3 million riyals, compared to about 2.8 million riyals for the same period last year, an increase of 10.94%, while shareholders' investments for this quarter were 3.3 million riyals, compared to 3 million riyals for the same quarter of the previous year, An increase of 6.92%.
