Thierry Breton, the EU's commissioner for the internal market, said that Brexit is a disaster for the United Kingdom, explaining that Poland will not leave the union.

According to Arab Net, at the beginning of this month, French Prime Minister Jean Castix said that Britain does not honor its commitments on Brexit and cannot be tolerated.

He added that his country is considering reconsidering its relationship with Britain, warning that bilateral cooperation between the two countries is in danger.

He said he had asked the European Commission to move more and take a firmer stance towards Britain over the fishing dispute between Paris and London.

If this is not enough, we will press ... to get the British to honor their pledges, and we will reconsider all the terms included in the agreements concluded under the auspices of the European Union, but also Bilateral cooperation between us and the United Kingdom.

Castix's comments follow an interview with French Minister for European Affairs Clement Bonn, on Radio One Europe, in which he said that European countries would announce, within days, measures to pressure London to abide by agreements. Britain's exit from the European Union concluded with the bloc, when Britain left the European Union.
