The bank said in a statement to the Saudi market (Tadawul), today, Wednesday, that the dividends amount to a total of 675 million riyals, for the number of outstanding shares of 1.5 billion shares.
He clarified that the eligibility date is for the bank's shareholders who own shares at the end of the day of the general assembly meeting and who are registered with the Securities Depository Center Company by the end of the second trading day from the date of the assembly to be held within The first quarter of 2022.
The bank indicated that, in addition to what was distributed, amounting to 525 million riyals for the first half of 2021, and thus the total profits that were distributed and will be distributed for the fiscal year 2021 is 1.2 billion riyals at 0.80 halala per share, which represents 8% of the nominal share value after deducting zakat.
