Al Hammadi Holding Company announced the company's board of directors' recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the third quarter of this year, ending on September 30, 2022.
The company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), today, Sunday, that the recommended dividends are 3% of the nominal value of the share, at 0.30 riyals per share.
She explained that the total value of the proposed dividends for the third quarter of this year is 48 million riyals, while the number of shares entitled to dividends is 160 million shares.
The company indicated that the eligibility date for profits is on September 18, 2022, while the day of distribution is on the 27th of the same month.
The company said that the profits are due to the shareholders who own shares on the due day Sunday, September 18, 2022 and are registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
