The Saudi Ceramic Company announced the increase of its stake in the Ceramic Pipe Company (a subsidiary company) to 66.09%.
The company said in a statement to the Saudi market (Tadawul) today, Thursday, that the increase of the stake was made by capitalizing the loans provided and paying some of the obligations owed to the subsidiary with a total amount of 38.93 million riyals .
She explained that the financial impact of the previous information will be reflected in the consolidated financial statements when completing the statutory procedures.
