Riyad Capital announced the distribution of cash dividends to the owners of Riyad REIT Fund units, for the first half of 2022, with a total of about 75.5 million riyals for the number of existing units of about 171.7 million units.
According to Arabia Net, Riyad Capital said in a statement, that the value of the distributed profit for each unit is 0.44 riyals, with a distribution ratio of 3.99% of the net asset value as on June 30, 2022.
The eligibility for cash distributions to unit holders is according to the unit holders register at the end of September 6, 2022.
Dividends will be paid within 15 working days of the due date.
