This comes after the main index closed down, yesterday, Tuesday, as the index recorded a decline of 0.27%, to reach 11377 points, with transactions amounting to 4.654 billion riyals.
On the other hand, the parallel market index records growth, increasing by 0.53%, to 23,602 points. And that after ending yesterday's session down by 0.18% at 23478 points.
While the liquidity in TASI today amounted to approximately 2.3 billion riyals, and it came through trading 83.24 million shares.
So far, 138 shares have risen, while 61 shares have fallen, but the listed companies amounted to 228 companies.
Themar Development Holding Company (4160) ranks first among the highest gainers so far, after the share gained 9.83%. Followed by the share of Food Development Business Company (6013), which increased by 4.84%. In third place was the share of the Red Sea International Company (4230), with a rate of 4.58%. The share of Elm Company (7203) came fourth, with a rate of 4.54%. And in the fifth place, the share of Hail Cement Company (3001), after rising by 3.62%.
As for the companies that declined the most today, the share of Al-Maather REIT Fund Company (4334) topped the companies that declined the most, after the share declined by 3.72%. It was followed by the share of United International Transportation Company (4260) by 1.99%. The share of Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund (4342) came in third, with a rate of 1.48%. And in fourth place came the condolence share (4002), at a rate of 1.45%. And fifthly, the share of Arab Company for Technical Contracting (4071), which declined by 1.44%.

Hail Cement Company (3001) announced the decision of the Board of Directors to distribute cash dividends to the company's shareholders for the second quarter of 2023, at a rate of 3.7%.
The company said in a statement on Tadawul Saudi Arabia, today, Wednesday, that the total value of distributions is 35.67 million riyals, distributed over 96.4 million shares, and the share per share from the distribution is 0.37 riyals.
She added that the eligibility date will be Sunday, corresponding to September 10, 2023 AD, provided that the eligibility is for shareholders who own shares on the due day and are registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date. She explained that the distribution date will be Tuesday, September 26, 2023 AD.
On the other hand, Qassim Cement Company (3040) announced the Board of Directors' decision to distribute cash dividends to the company's shareholders for the second quarter of 2023, at a rate of 6.5%.
The company said in a statement on Tadawul Saudi Arabia that the total value of distributions is 58.5 million riyals, distributed over 90 million shares, and the share per share of the distribution is 0.65 riyals.
She added that the eligibility date will be Monday, corresponding to August 28, 2023 AD, provided that the eligibility is for shareholders who own shares on the due date and are registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date. She explained that the distribution date will be Wednesday, September 17, 2023 AD.

The extraordinary general meeting of the Saudi Dairy and Food Products Company, the Saudi Dairy and Food Products Company (2270), which was held on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, approved the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute 30% cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of its fiscal year ending on March 31, 2023.
The company said in a statement to Tadawul Saudi Arabia that the total amount of distributions is approximately 96 million riyals, at 3 riyals per share representing 30% of the nominal value of one share, provided that the eligibility is for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on the day of the assembly and who are registered in the company’s shareholder register with the Depository Center Company in The end of the second trading day following the maturity date, and the dividends will be distributed on Sunday, September 10, 2023.
AlAhli financial distributions
Al-Ahly Financial Company announced the distribution of cash dividends to the unit holders of Al-Ahly REIT Fund (1) for the period from January 1, 2023 AD to June 30, 2023 AD, with a total of 34.37 million riyals based on 137.5 million existing units.
And Al-Ahly Financial Company said, in a statement on Tadawul Saudi Arabia, today, Wednesday, that the value of the distributed profit amounts to 0.25 riyals per unit, and its percentage to the initial price of the unit is 2.5%.
The distribution percentage is 2.4% of the net asset value according to fair value as of June 30, 2023.
