The Ordinary General Assembly of the Arab Technical Contracting Company approved, on Tuesday, the recommendation of the Board of Directors to distribute cash dividends to an amount of 95 million riyals for the first half of 2022.
According to Arabiya Net, the company said in a statement, that the dividends are 1.9 riyals per share, or 19% of the nominal value of the share.
She added that the eligibility for profits is for the shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on the day of the company’s general assembly and who are registered in the company’s shareholders register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
Dividend distribution begins on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 AD.
It is worth mentioning that the Arab Technical Contracting Company has entered into an exclusive agent agreement for advertising services with Elan Media Advertising Company, which owns many advertising and media platforms internally and externally in the State of Qatar.
Under this agreement, the Arab Company for Technical Contracting announces the distributor as an exclusive representative for it in the external advertising portfolios, and it is granted exclusive rights under the agreement in order to identify and attract customers and businesses in the local market in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain and Kuwait during the 2022 World Cup that will be held in the State of Qatar.
According to the agreement, all advertising inquiries from local customers and their agencies in the above mentioned areas are directed through the distributor.
The work of the Arab Company for Technical Contracting also includes the preparation of the commercial offer and the media plan with an advertising company.
In turn, an advertising company will deliver the media and advertising platforms within a specified period of time and according to the terms of the advertising plan approved for each client and after the approval of both parties.
