The Saudi Real Estate Company has completed the purchase of raw land east of Riyadh, with an amount of 783 million riyals, the value of which has been fully paid.
The company said in a statement to the Saudi market (Tadawul), today, Monday, that the purchase amount included the value of the land at about 727.1 million riyals, and the value of real estate transactions at 36.4 million riyals. And the amount of the pursuit, with tax, is about 19.5 million riyals.
The land has been completely emptied in favor of the company, indicating that the total area of the land is about 1.91 million square meters.
She stated that the method of financing the deal was through the company's own resources, in addition to bridge financing from a local bank in the Kingdom.
