The company explained that the decision of the Board of Directors to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of the fiscal year 2020 reflects the company's commitment to achieving rewarding returns for its shareholders supported by its strong financial position that includes Cash liquidity of approximately one billion riyals, as at the end of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020.
The company stated that the distribution will be through the Saudi British Bank (SABB), by direct transfer of bank accounts linked to the investment portfolios of shareholders.
As for shareholders who have investment portfolios linked to bank accounts that do not accept transfer, they should review one of the SABB branches with the national identity of the Saudis or the resident identity of non-Saudis residing to receive their profits From the bank directly.
