Arabian Centers Company decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of the fiscal year 2022 AD, which ended on March 31, 2022 AD, with a total of 356.25 million riyals for the number of shares entitled to dividends of 475 million shares.
And according to Arabiya Net, the Arab Centers said in a statement that the share’s share of the distribution is 0.75 riyals, with a distribution ratio of 7.5% to the nominal value of the share.
The eligibility date is July 5, 2022, while the distribution date is July 26, 2022.
The Arabian Centers Company had announced a decrease in its net profit after zakat and tax by 10.87% during the company’s financial year ending on March 31, 2022, to record 433.8 million riyals, compared to a profit of about 486.7 million riyals in the previous fiscal year.
