415 deputies voted in favor of the bill while only two deputies voted against it, after hours of agreement by the Republican and Democratic parties in the Senate.
The law is expected to be put to a vote this week in the Senate to be referred to the office of US President Donald Trump to sign it as soon as possible.
The proposed spending is now nearly three times the $ 2.5 billion that the White House had requested from Congress to secure additional funding to fight the virus.
In the same vein, US Vice President Mike Pence, who heads the task force tasked with tackling the virus, announced in a press briefing that 100 cases of HIV infection were recorded in the United States, confirming that Most of them continue to recover.
Pence, who was assigned by the US President to lead the government's efforts to counter the virus, said that the risk of catching it is still weak in the United States, again indicating that there is no need to purchase masks.
The number of deaths from the virus was 11 in the United States, 10 of them in Washington state and one in California.
