Bawan Company decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders at the rate of 7.5% of the nominal share value, for the second half of the fiscal year 2021.
According to Arabiya Net, the company stated in a statement that the total distributed amount is 45 million riyals, and the number of shares due for dividends is 60 million shares.
The share of the stock from the distribution amounted to 0.75 riyals.
The eligibility will be for the shareholders who own the shares on the due date corresponding to January 23, 2022 and are registered in the company’s shareholders register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
According to Bawan's statement, the distribution date will be February 6, 2022.
