Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Bupa Arabia intends to distribute cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the fiscal year 2021, totaling about 540 million riyals for 120 million shares, based on the recommendation of the Board of Directors.


According to Arabia Net, Bupa Arabia said in a statement that the share of the distribution is 4.5 riyals, with a distribution ratio of 45% to the nominal value of the share.


Profits are due to the company’s shareholders who own shares at the end of the day of the company’s general assembly and who are registered in the company’s records with the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the date of the assembly, and the date of the assembly will be announced at a later date after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.

The distribution date will be determined later after the approval of this recommendation by the General Assembly, as the company intends to call for the assembly after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.


The net profit of Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Bupa Arabia, after zakat and tax, increased by 10.1% to 625.57 million riyals in 2021, compared to 696.13 million riyals in 2020.
