Agility has settled with the US Army over claims by both parties relating to contracts dating back to 2004 and 2005.
According to Arabiya Net, the settlement will be based on the US military's waiver of its demand for Agility to pay an amount of $81 million, equivalent to 24.5 million dinars.
Agility also waived its claims against the US military under the logistics and administrative services contract, and it was agreed that the US side would pay $17.7 million to the company under the contract to establish a distribution warehouse in Kuwait.
