Real estate disposal in Dubai Land Department has achieved more than 3.14 billion dirhams this week.
According to the Emirates News Agency, the department witnessed the registration of 700 sales of 1.42 billion dirhams, including 88 sales of land valued at 482.47 million dirhams and 612 sales of apartments and villas with a value of 935.81 million dirhams.
The most important sales of land came with a value of 64 million dirhams in the Al Barsha area south of the fifth, followed by a pledge of 47 million dirhams in the Al-Rifaa area, followed by a pledge of 22 million dirhams in the first area of Al Barsha. P>
The Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens area topped the regions in terms of number of sales, recording 9 sales amounting to 55 million dirhams, followed by the fourth Al Thania region with 7 sales amounting to 32 million dirhams and a third in Wadi Al Safa 6 with 6 sales pledging 21 million dirhams.
With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sales amount of 20 million dirhams came in the Burj Khalifa region, as the most important sales were followed by a pledge of 19 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area, and finally a pledge of 8 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa region.
Burj Khalifa topped the regions in terms of number of sales of apartments and villas, recording 92 sales of 290 million dirhams, followed by Dubai Marina with 86 sales of 169 million dirhams, and third in the fifth, with 57 sales of 36 million dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 1.25 billion dirhams, of which 111 are mortgages of land valued at 1.12 billion dirhams, 142 mortgages for villas and apartments with a value of 136.25 million dirhams, the most important of which was in Al Barsha South II, at a value of 244 million dirhams, and another in Al Barsha 1, at a value of 136 million dirhams.
The grants witnessed the registration of 49 grants at a value of 470.72 million dirhams, the most important of which was in Jumeirah II, with a value of 135 million dirhams, and another in the third industrial zone of Al Quoz, with a value of 55 million dirhams.
