Dubai real estate transactions recorded 6.7 billion dirhams in a week

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department have recorded more than 6.7 billion dirhams during the past week.

According to the Emirates News Agency, the department witnessed the registration of 674 sales of AED 1.17 billion, of which 103 were sales of land worth 447.74 million dirhams and 571 sales of apartments and villas at a value of 725.75 million dirhams.

The most important land sales came with a value of 24 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, followed by a pledge of 23 million dirhams in the fourth area of ​​Al Thania, followed by a pledge of 19 million dirhams in Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens District.

The third Nad Nad Al Sheba region topped the regions in terms of number of sales, recording 11 sales amounting to 27 million dirhams, followed by the sixth Habiya region with 9 sales amounting to 16 million dirhams and a third in Jabal Ali Al Oula recorded 9 sales of 18 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, sales of 20 million dirhams came in the Burj Khalifa region, as the most important sales, followed by sales of 11 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa region and finally allegiance of 11 Million dirhams in the fifth al-Thanya region.

The Aliyas area topped 2 areas in terms of number of sales of apartments and villas, recording 155 sales of 140 million dirhams, followed by Al Barsha South 4, with 37 sales amounting to 26 million dirhams. And a third in Business Bay with 37 sales pledging 39 million dirhams.

Mortgages recorded a value of 5.37 billion dirhams, including 157 mortgages of land valued at 5.18 billion dirhams and 154 mortgages of villas and apartments with a value of 186.16 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the region of Jebel Ali the first with a value of one billion One dirham and one billion dirhams in Al Mamzar.

As for the donations, 65 gifts were valued at 165.02 million dirhams, the most important of which was in Umm Suqeim II, with a value of 27 million dirhams, and another in the Business Bay area of ​​23 million dirhams.
