The social networking platform Twitter has started testing a new feature called "Co-Tweets", which allows users to participate in writing a single tweet.
The TechCrunch website, which specializes in technology issues, stated that the platform currently allows a limited number of users in the United States, Canada, and South Korea to access this feature.
Twitter said it will test the new feature for a limited time to see how users will use it.
A Twitter spokesperson said: "We continue to explore new ways to allow people to collaborate in tweets. We're testing Co-Tweets for a limited time so we know how people and brands will use the feature, to grow it, reach a new audience, and enhance Its cooperation with other accounts.”
Twitter has indicated that a user can invite another account that shares ownership of their Tweet. If the other accounts accept the claim, the Co-Tweets window will appear and appear to all those who compose the Tweet. If the user chooses someone to share ownership of a Tweet with, that person will receive a sharing request, which they can accept or decline.
The user can send an invitation to participate in the Tweet to users and followers who have public accounts open on Twitter.
