The company said in a statement to the Saudi market (Tadawul) that yesterday, Monday, it signed a contract to acquire 80% of Fish Day Company, the owner and operator of the store and the application of Fish Day specializing in Online marketing of fresh fish.

The value of the acquisition is one million riyals, in exchange for 80% of Fish Day shares, so that part of the amount is invested for marketing and business development.

The company previously announced last December that it had completed the acquisition of 65% of Mango Jazan, the owner and operator of the Mango Jazan store and application specialized in e-marketing of mango fruit. The acquisition comes The Fish Day application must be completed to expand the company's activity in the e-commerce sector.

It should also be noted that Jazadco owns one of the largest shrimp farms in Saudi Arabia, which is located on an area of ​​800 hectares and has a production capacity of 3 thousand tons per year.
