Jarir Marketing Company announced the signing of a contract to sell a land owned by the company at a value of 97.9 million riyals.
The company said in a statement to the Saudi market (Tadawul), today, Tuesday, that the land will be sold to Jarir Real Estate Company (a related party).
Jarir Marketing explained that the land is located in the city of Riyadh in the Al-Yasmeen neighborhood, and its area is about 10.54 thousand square meters.
And stated that the sale process will result in a profit of 38.492 million riyals, the impact of which will appear on the financial results for the fourth quarter of 2021.
and indicated that Jarir Real Estate Company is 100% indirectly owned by some members of the Board of Directors of Jarir Marketing Company.
