The Johnson and Johnson Group, Johnson and Johnson signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a partnership for developing strategic initiatives to enhance health care and life sciences in the Kingdom.


According to Arab Net, the memorandum will contribute to the promotion of community, health and economic development, contributing to the achievement of Vision 2030.


In a meeting with Arab, Saudi Investment Minister Khaled Al-Faleh said this important agreement was a comprehensive agreement and is four in a series of conventions signed by Johnson and Johnson under the patronage of the Ministry of Investment and the Ministry of Industry with several bodies, including an agreement with a pharmaceutical company, especially for the manufacture of two types of advanced drugs Johnson & Johnson in the Kingdom, a research note with King Abdullah University for Science and Technology related to medical research in a disease in the Kingdom, and another to develop biological treatments, including antibiotics with a Saudi leadership.


He added that the Ministry of Investment also represents the work of the health sector, so that the Convention focuses on innovation, develop new products, tests, clinical studies, access and deployment of information. The Kingdom helps to organize the organizational and legislative environment in partnership with this leading company to achieve one of the goals of the Kingdom's vision 2030.


He pointed out for the pursuit of Sami's goal of providing medical products for all humanity, through the development of the health sector with a worldwide rare partnership between the government and the local and global private sector.
