After the results of these elections were revealed, Democratic candidate Tom Steer announced that he had decided to quit the competition.
"I said that if I do not see a way to win, I will end my campaign and frankly I cannot see a path in which I can win the presidency," he said in front of a crowd of supporters.
For his part, US President Donald Trump commented on Biden's victory in a tweet on Twitter that he should be the end of the path of candidate Michael Bloomberg in the elections.
On Tuesday, the country will have a date with what is known as the Big Tuesday in which more than 10 states vote, whose delegates will represent about a third of the delegates who will choose the Democratic Party candidate to compete with Trump in Presidential elections scheduled for early November.
