The number of buildings that were completed in the Emirate of Dubai reached 6665 buildings during 2019, compared to 6043 buildings that were completed in 2018 with a growth of 10%.

According to ArabiaNet, data from the Dubai Statistics Center showed that the investment villas accounted for the largest percentage of the number of completed buildings by 54.6% (3638 buildings), followed by second place villas with 30.3% (2022 buildings), then multi-storey buildings 5.4% (361 buildings), and in the fourth place the buildings have floor rates of 4.2% (280 buildings), and the public facilities buildings came fifth by 3.2% (210 buildings), and finally the industrial buildings by 2.3% (154
Building).


March acquired the largest share during the year 2019 in terms of completed buildings by 990 buildings by 15%, and July came in second place by 11% with 736 buildings, then November in third place by 10% through 683 buildings, and in fourth place came each of May and October, with 588 buildings, increased by 8.8%, and the fifth place came to February, through 508 buildings, by 7.6%.


In December, the number of completed buildings reached 469 buildings, including 136 investment villas, 211 private villas, 63 multi-storey buildings, 14 floors proportional buildings, 25 public facilities buildings, and finally 20 industrial buildings.


The total number of completed buildings in 2018 has recorded 6043 buildings, of which 1829 private villas increased by 30.3%, 3269 investment villas 54.1%, 199 industrial buildings by 3.3%, and 202 public buildings by 3.3%, while multi-storey buildings registered 353 buildings 5.8%, and finally, buildings occupied floor rates of 3.2%, with 199 buildings.
