The Board of Directors of SABIC Agro-Nutrients Company recommended distributing cash dividends with a total value of about 3.808 billion riyals for outstanding shares amounting to about 476.035 million shares, for the second half of 2022.
According to Arabia Net, SABIC Nutrients said in a statement that the share of the dividends amounted to 8 riyals, or 80% of the nominal value of the share.
The eligibility date for the shareholders who own shares is at the end of trading on the day of the company’s general assembly, which will be determined later, and those registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the date of the assembly, and the distribution date will be announced later.
SABIC Agro-Nutrients Company had announced profits in the third quarter of 2022, amounting to 2.331 billion riyals, an increase of about 93.3% compared to the same quarter of 2021, as the company achieved profits amounting to 1.206 billion riyals.
During the first nine months of 2022, profits increased to 7.868 billion riyals, an increase of more than 219% compared to the same period last year, when it recorded profits of 2.465 billion riyals.
