Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib Medical Services Group announced the approval of its Board of Directors, which was held yesterday, Sunday, of the project to establish a new hospital in the city of Riyadh at an estimated cost of 472 million riyals.

The group said in a statement to the Saudi market (Tadawul) today, Monday, that the hospital project is considered a branch of Al-Gharb Specialized Hospital for Medical Care on the company's-owned land, which is located at the intersection of Road The specialist with King Abdullah Road, which has an area of (7170) square meters.
The group stated that the construction of the project is expected to start during the third quarter of 2020, after taking the necessary regulatory approvals from the competent authorities, while the work is expected to be completed. Construction of the project during the fourth quarter of 2023 and after obtaining the regulatory approvals.
The project will be funded depending on the company's own resources and long-term bank loans in compliance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia.
It is expected that the project will have a positive impact on the results of the group when it starts operating in the first quarter of 2024, and the beginning of the financial impact and any other developments related to this will be disclosed. The project is on time.
