Elm Company announced that it has received a notification of awarding the project of security equipment for vehicles and field monitoring gates with the Saudi Ministry of Interior.
The company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), today, Wednesday, that the project is worth approximately 206.74 million riyals; Inclusive of value added tax.
And she indicated that there are related parties represented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Raed bin Abdullah bin Ahmed, and the member of the Board of Directors, Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Rabiah, which is an indirect interest.
The company explained that it will announce any future developments in this regard at the time, especially the date of signing the contract and its financial impact on the company, after it is signed by all parties, as the Notification of the award of the project does not entail any legal or financial obligation until after the contract is signed by all parties.
