The general assembly of Abdullah Saad Muhammad Abu Moati Company for Libraries, in its meeting held on Wednesday, approved the Board of Directors' recommendation regarding annual dividends.
The company said in a statement to the Saudi Market (Tadawul) today, Thursday, that the General Assembly approved the Board’s recommendation to distribute annual dividends for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2020 at a rate of 5% of the head Money by 0.5 riyals per share, with a total value of 10 million riyals.
The company clarified that the eligibility of the profits will be for the shareholders who own the shares at the end of the trading day of the assembly meeting and who are registered in the shareholders' register with the Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the due date, indicating that it will be Announcing the date of dividend distribution at a later time.
The General Assembly also approved the financial statements for the year ending on March 31, 2020, and agreed to disburse an amount of 900,000 riyals as an annual bonus to the members of the Board of Directors for that year.
