Goldman Sachs Inc. has registered its first two cases of coronavirus among its employees.
According to the newspaper, the statement, Bloomberg News that Goldman Sachs told the staff that it had received confirmation that a staff member in her London office had contracted the virus, adding that he was in self-isolation at his home.
Goldman Sachs added that the employee has been on leave since March 9th, noting that he received confirmation of the virus on Friday.
Goldman Sachs had previously announced that an employee of its Sydney office had been infected with the virus.
It said in a statement that those who had mixed the two infected cases were informed and asked to isolate themselves in their homes.
