The Board of Directors of the Saudi Development Bank recommended distributing cash dividends amounting to about 996.09 million riyals, for shares entitled to dividends amounting to about 1.99 billion shares, for the second half of 2022 AD.
According to the statement of Alinma Bank on Tadawul Saudi Arabia, the share of the share from the distribution amounts to 0.5 riyals after deducting zakat, with a distribution rate of 5% of the nominal value of the share.
The eligibility for profits will be for the bank’s shareholders who own shares at the end of the day of the bank’s general assembly meeting and who are registered in the bank’s records with the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the date of the assembly, which will be announced later, and will be announced later.
The net profit of Alinma Bank increased by 34% in the third quarter of 2022, to about 989 million riyals, after zakat and tax, compared to a net profit of about 738.1 million riyals in the same quarter of 2021.
During the first nine months of 2022, the net profit of Alinma Bank increased by 31.03% to about 2.74 billion riyals, compared to about 2.09 billion riyals in the same period of 2021.
