Maharah Human Resources Company announced the signing of a contract to provide manpower services with the Saudi Binladin Group, where the manpower services will be used in one of the major projects assigned to the group.
Maharah said in a statement to the Saudi market (Tadawul) today, Tuesday, that the contract is worth 306.41 million riyals, and was signed yesterday.
The company explained that the contract is for the provision of manpower services, including professional and non-professional workers, for one of the major projects assigned to the group in the field of contracting, in several locations in the cities of Makkah and Madinah.
Maharah stated that the contract is expected to have a financial impact on the company's financial statements starting from the third quarter of the current year 2022, and it will continue during the validity period of the contract.
The company confirmed that under this contract no preferential treatment was given in this contract and that it is within the company's usual business activity.
