According to the Emirates News Agency, Emirates Central Bank statistics showed that the value of bank transfers reached during the first two months of this year to about 1.2 trillion dirhams, while the value of individual transfers reached approximately 596.3 billion dirhams.
And at the level of the monthly level, the total value of remittances reached banks and individuals ... 948 billion dirhams in January of this year, a growth of 4.6% compared to the same month of 2019.
As for the month of February of this year, the total remittance value reached approximately 847 billion dirhams, an increase of 8.8% compared to the same month of the year 2019.
