Herfy Food Services Company, listed on the Saudi market, has announced a cash dividend of 71.148 million riyals for the second half of 2019.
According to ArabiaNet, the company explained in the statement that the number of shares due to profits amounted to 64.68 million shares, bringing the share of the share from the distribution to about 1.1 riyals.
The company previously distributed a cash dividend of SAR 64.68 million for the first half of the fiscal year 2019, at SAR 1 per share, representing 10% of the nominal value of the share.
The net profits distributed to the shareholders of the company last year amounted to about 135.828 million Saudi riyals, which is 2.1 Saudi riyals per share, equivalent to 21% of the nominal value of the share.
