United Electronics Company (Extra) decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of the year 2020.
According to Arabia Net, the company said, in a statement, that the net profits distributed amounted to 120 million riyals, on 60 million shares, bringing the share of dividends to two riyals.
Eligibility to distributions to shareholders who own shares will be due on Thursday, March 25, 2021, who are registered in the company's shareholders ’register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.
