The Board of Directors of the United Electronics Company (Extra) decided to distribute cash dividends of 150 million riyals for the second half of 2021, for the number of shares entitled to dividends of 60 million shares.
According to Arabiya Net, Extra said in a statement, that the share of the distribution is 2.5 riyals, with a distribution ratio of 25% to the nominal value of the share.
Eligibility is for shareholders owning shares on the due date of Thursday, March 24, 2022 who are registered in the company's shareholders register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date, and the distribution date will be Thursday, April 7, 2022.
The company had achieved a net profit after zakat and tax of about 396.83 million riyals in 2021, compared to about 280.14 million riyals in profits for the year 2020, an increase of 41.65%.
