The National Glass Industries Company (NGL) decided to distribute cash dividends to its shareholders for the year 2021, with a total of about 16.45 million riyals, for the number of outstanding shares of 32.9 million shares.


According to Arabiya Net, Glass Company said in a statement that the share of the distribution is 0.5 riyals, with a distribution ratio of 5% to the nominal value of the share.


The eligibility for profits is for the shareholders of the company who own shares on the due date of January 16, 2022, and who are registered with the Securities Depository Center Company, the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date.


The company stated that it will announce the date and mechanism of dividend distribution at a later time.


The National Glass Industries Company, Glass, had announced that it had obtained the approval of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund to reschedule the last outstanding installment of the loan amounting to 31.8 million riyals out of the total loan amounting to 252.211 million riyals, with the extension of the repayment period for an additional two years ending in 2023 instead of 2021.


The company said in a statement on the Saudi Tadawul that the financing schedule supports its financial position.


She added that the guarantees provided against the rescheduled financing is a promissory note and extension of the existing mortgage of fixed assets.
