The Saudi Fransi Capital Company, the lead manager for the offering of Al-Bitten Show Company for Commercial Services 2P, has set the price range for the offering between 165 and 185 riyals per share.
According to Arab Net, the Perfect Presentation Company will offer a 30% stake, equivalent to 4.5 million shares of its shares for public subscription, which will be sold by all existing shareholders, provided that it is listed on the main Saudi Tadawul market.
The process of building the order book for the institutions segment began today, Tuesday, and ends on October 24.
The subscription for the individual segment will be in a 10% share of the total offering for a period of one working day on the first of next November, and the final allocation of the offering shares will be announced on the 8th of the same month.
The company works in information and communication technology services, with a capital of 150 million riyals.
