Real estate transactions in the Department of Lands and Properties in Dubai recorded more than 2.4 billion dirhams this week.
According to the Emirates News Agency, the department witnessed 423 sales transactions amounting to 886.83 million dirhams, of which 78 were sales of land with a value of 500.12 million dirhams and 345 sales of apartments and villas with a value of 386.71 million dirhams.
The most important land sales came at AED 74 million in Al Barsha 1, followed by a pledge of AED 62 million in Business Bay, followed by a swap of $ 37 million in Jazira 2 .
The first region of Mu'aisam topped the areas in terms of number of sales, with 11 sales pledged at 50 million dirhams, followed by Nad Al Sheba Region with 9 with sales of 22 million dirhams and a third in Jabal Ali Al-Oula recorded 7 sales of 15 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale of AED 7 million came in the Burj Khalifa area, as the most important sales, followed by a pledge of 6 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area, and finally a pledge of 5 million. AED in the Palm Jumeirah.
The Al-Yalayas 2 region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 39 pledges of 35 million dirhams, followed by Al-Barsha South Fourth, with 32 pledges of 25 million dirhams, and the third At Dubai Marina, with 31 sales pledging, amounting to 55 million dirhams.
Mortgages recorded a value of 1.3 billion dirhams, including 112 mortgages of land valued at 1.2 billion dirhams and 106 mortgages of villas and apartments with a value of 92.42 million dirhams, the most important of which was in Business Bay with a value of 281 million One dirham and another in the first industrial zone of Jebel Ali, with a value of 188 million dirhams.
As for the grants, 43 grants valued at 235.54 million dirhams were registered, the most important of which was in Wadi Al-Safa 3, at a value of 69 million dirhams, and another in the Al-Raffa region, at a value of 47 million dirhams.
