Trading values in the local fixed income market in Saudi Arabia rose 23.3% in the five months of 2021, on an annual basis, amid high oil prices and improved business activity in non-oil sectors. P>
According to Arab Net, trading values in the five months this year exceeded 35 billion riyals, although the market has seen high volatility in terms of performance and trading sizes. P>
In May, Middle East's largest bond stocks recorded 156 per cent on a monthly basis, according to the economic newspaper. P>
The debt trades returned to its workplace during the last month after a large frequency of trading in April after reaching 1.9 billion riyals, the lowest since 15 months. P>
