The Board of Directors of Al-Babtain Power and Communications Company (Al-Babtain) decided to distribute cash dividends in the value of one riyal per share, at 10% of the nominal value of the share for the year 2020.
According to Arabiya Net, the company said in a statement that the total amount distributed was 42.63 million riyals, for about 42.63 million shares.

The Al-Babtain Energy and Communications Company announced the preliminary financial results for the third quarter of this year, achieving a 26.8% decline in net profits to 15.3 million riyals, compared to 20.9 million riyals in the same quarter of 2019.
During the first nine months of 2020, the company's net profit fell by 15.4% to 52.1 million riyals.
