The French government decided to provide 45 billion euros (51 billion dollars) in financial aid to support the economy in the face of the repercussions of the Corona Virus outbreak.
According to the Emirates News Agency, French Minister of Economy and Finance Bruno Le Mer said in a statement that the government would immediately provide 45 billion euros in the form of financial and budgetary measures that would reduce pressure on companies that reduced their activity or even closed temporarily due to the crisis.
The French minister added that other measures are also being taken that will enable companies to postpone taxes on salaries, value-added tax and other taxes pending the end of the status quo ... pointing to allocating 300 billion euros to 410 billion dollars in order to grant government guarantees for bank loans.
