The financial statements of the Egyptian company SODIC revealed a decline in the company's profits in the second quarter of this year by 46% to reach about 65 million pounds, but it recorded an increase in the first half of this year by about 31%.

The company’s net profit in the first half of this year after extracting minority rights amounted to about EGP 291 million, compared to about EGP 222 million for the same period in 2021.

Activity revenues, in turn, recorded an important increase, after they moved from 1.871 billion pounds in the first half of 2021 to about 2.730 billion pounds in the first half of 2022.

Net customer contracts in this period amounted to 6.02 billion pounds, while net receipts recorded 2.96 billion pounds.
