SICO Financial Company decided to distribute cash dividends to the unit holders of the Saudi SICO REIT Fund for the year 2021, with a total of 8.586 million riyals, for the number of existing units of about 57.24 million units.
According to Arabiya Net, SICO Financial said in a statement today, Thursday, that the value of the distributed profit for each unit is 0.15 riyals, with a distribution ratio to the initial price of the unit 1.5%.
It added that the distribution ratio of the net asset value is 1.73% as of June 30, 2021.
The eligibility for cash dividends is for unit holders, according to the unit holders register at the end of January 6, 2022.
The dividend distribution date will be within 15 working days from the due date.
